Role Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled Website Developer to elevate our online presence, create engaging user experiences, and drive sustainable growth. In this role, you’ll ensure our website is technically robust and optimized for performance, scalability, and organic traffic generation. If you’re passionate about combining technical expertise with data-driven optimization and forward-looking SEO strategies, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Design & Development
  • Build, maintain, and enhance high-performing web pages using Webflow.
  • Design user-centric, visually appealing website pages that reflect Tomorrow University’s brand identity and drive engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing, content, and design teams to conceptualize and implement web page designs that support key business objectives.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate design concepts and user flows to ensure smooth, intuitive website experiences.
  • Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly design and interactive features that enhance user experience and boost credibility.
• SEO & AI Search Optimization
  • Implement automated SEO strategies to enhance search visibility, rankings, and organic traffic.
  • Optimize site architecture and structure for AI-driven search platforms (e.g., Perplexity) to maximize discoverability and visibility.
• Technical Oversight
  • Manage CMS integration and ensure smooth content management and updates.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot site performance, implementing timely updates to maintain reliability and scalability.
  • Set up and manage analytics tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure full compliance with web standards, accessibility guidelines, and data privacy regulations.
• Conversion & Engagement Optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for improving engagement and conversion rates.
  • Implement and A/B test landing pages, CTAs, and user flows to optimize site performance and boost lead generation.
  • Stay up to date with emerging web development trends and integrate AI technologies to enhance website capabilities

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience building and scaling websites with Webflow, including CMS integration and customization.
• Expertise in creating visually appealing and user-centric websites that align with brand identity.
• Coding Experience (language of choice)
• Experience implementing automated SEO solutions and optimizing for AI-driven search
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and responsive design
• Proficient in analyzing website metrics, extracting insights, and making data-driven improvements
• Solid project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote, cross-functional team
• Familiarity with AI-based technologies in web development is an advantage
• Proficiency in German is a plus
