Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager at Tomorrow University, you will be responsible for managing our Social Media channels & content and empowering our community to become active voices on Social Media. Your role is crucial in taking our community to the next level.

What you’ll do:

• 📢 Manage our Social Media Channels – Especially our #1 channel, LinkedIn.

• ✍️ Create Engaging Content – Write posts that resonate and interact with our community to grow our online presence and reputation.

• 🤝 Empower the Community – Inspire and support our community to share their experiences and create amazing content.

• 📊 Analyze and Optimize – Track the performance of our channels and content, create reports 📈, and improve continuously.

• 🚀 Innovate – Evolve our social media communication to boost our online presence and reputation.

• 👀 Trend Spotting – Stay ahead by scouting the latest social media trends.

Desired Experience:

• 💼 2-3 Years in Social Media Management – Experience in startups is a plus.

• 📱 Strong Personal Social Media Presence – Especially on LinkedIn in the last 12+ months.

• 🌍 Fluency in English – Spoken and written, with comfort in a German-speaking environment.

• 🔍 Data-Driven – Expert in analyzing KPIs and using tools to optimize performance.

• 🎨 Creative Mind – Proficient with tools like Canva to create stunning visuals.

• ⚡ Dynamic and Adaptable – Thrives in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.

• 🇩🇪 Preferably based in Berlin, Germany – where we’ve our office.
