Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager to help us accelerate pipeline conversion.
We're seeking a consultative Sales Manager who is eager to grow quickly in a fast-growing company. You’ll identify prospects' goals, empathize with their pain points, and guide them through our funnel as they decide on the next step in their education journey.
Your main tasks will include:
- 💌 Nurturing inbound leads through emails, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- 📊 Prioritizing leads based on engagement levels and demographic research.
- 🔗 Conducting outbound outreach to B2C leads via LinkedIn Recruiter.
- ☎️ Building rapport over the phone and qualifying customer pain points with precision and depth.
- 🧭 Providing orientation to determine the best education track for each candidate’s needs.
- 📋 Guiding candidates through the application process.
- 🎯 Pitching to both perceived and unperceived needs, handling objections, and closing deals with clarity.
- 🤝 Collaborating with the Marketing team to ensure we’re running effective campaigns and refining existing efforts
Job requirements
Qualifications we are looking for
- 🗣️ Fluent in BOTH English and German
- 🏆 Previous experience in 360° (full-cycle) sales.
- 📈 Proficiency in processing SaaS inbound and outbound leads.
- 📞 Expertise in cold calling.
- 🎯 Ability to plan and execute outreach experiments, analyze conversion rates, and adjust messaging.
- 🧠 Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT.
- 💼 Experience in closing deals with ARR of €15k+ (B2B or B2C).
- 📊 Analytical mindset with the ability to create HubSpot reports and dashboards
