This role will be a working student contract, for 20 hours a week.

Joining the Partnership & Global Expansion team puts you in touch with the most inspiring professionals across our European Markets and empowers you to shape their engagement through Speaker Events and Content on Sustainability, Data/ Tech & Entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Management: Building and actively managing Tomorrow University’s network from scratch, with a special focus on identifying and nurturing relationships with potential speakers.
  • Speaker Management and CRM Optimization: Utilizing HubSpot to manage and optimize speaker-related processes, including speaker recruitment, engagement, and scheduling.
  • Content Roadmap for Speakers: Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop and implement a content strategy that leverages the expertise of speakers in educational, inspirational, and community-focused posts.
  • Speaker Empowerment and Storytelling: Encouraging and enabling speakers to share relevant content and impact stories in collaboration with Tomorrow University.
  • Hosting Speaker-Centric Live Sessions: Organizing and coordinating live Q&A sessions, webinars, and events, emphasizing speaker involvement and expertise.
  • Analytics and Speaker Feedback Management: Analyzing social media and event metrics to understand audience engagement with speakers and refining strategies accordingly.

Job requirements

Your Profile
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in network and partner marketing strategy, with a focus on speaker management and engagement.
  • Skills: Proficiency in storytelling, digital marketing, analytics, social media engagement, and CRM tools, especially HubSpot.
  • Qualifications: Student in master 2 in marketing, business, or a related field, with a passion for sustainability and relationship management.
  • Traits: Self-starter, innovative, collaborative, and passionate about education, thought leadership, and speaker engagement.
  • Languages: Fluent in both German and English (at least C1 level)
