Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Paid Search Manager to take full ownership of our paid search efforts and manage them in-house. This role will be responsible for driving the efficiency and performance of paid search campaigns across multiple languages (English, German, and Spanish), ensuring high-quality lead generation and optimization for growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to create holistic strategies that resonate globally while delivering local impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 🌍 Manage Multilingual Paid Search Campaigns: Own the paid search strategy across English, German, and Spanish markets, ensuring campaigns are optimized for different languages and regions.
  • 🔍 Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research across multiple languages, identifying growth opportunities specific to each market.
  • 📈 Campaign Optimization: Regularly analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven strategies to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROI for each campaign. Ensure conversion tracking is working as it should.
  • 🌐 Landing Pages: Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to ensure that landing pages are effectively optimized localized for each market to maximize lead conversion.
  • 🎯 Lead Generation: Drive consistent month-over-month growth of high-quality leads across all markets, tailoring strategies to specific linguistic and cultural nuances.
  • 📊 Performance Reporting: Develop and present paid search performance reports, providing insights on key metrics and optimization strategies by campaign.
  • 🤝 Cross-team Collaboration: Partner with the wider marketing team to ensure that paid search efforts align with global marketing goals, while adapting strategies to local needs.
  • 💰 Budget Management: Manage the paid search budget across different regions, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.

Job requirements

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns in-house or at an agency.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms, with experience managing campaigns in multiple languages (English, German, and Spanish).
  • Proven track record of driving multilingual paid search strategies and increasing lead generation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, A/B testing, and landing page optimization in a multilingual context.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from data and apply them to different markets.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing paid search budgets for multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively across teams and cultural boundaries.


Preferred Skills:

  • Native or fluent proficiency in at least two of the following languages: English, German, Spanish.
  • Experience working in a remote or global team environment.
