Role Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Content & Design Lead (Website) to drive our content and visual strategy, build an exceptional brand experience, and drive our website strategy. This role requires a blend of creativity, copywriting and design expertise to lead the production of a high-converting website experiences. As a central voice for Tomorrow University, your work will amplify our impact on the global stage.


Key Responsibilities:

Website Strategy

  • Own the entire website experience, ensuring every page represents our core mission, values, and vision.
  • Build and maintain brand guidelines for content, tone of voice, and visual identity to maintain consistency across the website.

Content Leadership & Brand Storytelling

  • Lead the end-to-end content strategy for Tomorrow University’s website, ensuring alignment with our mission, brand identity, and business goals.
  • Develop compelling, high-impact messaging for website and digital marketing collateral, that resonates with diverse audiences, from prospective students to corporate partners.
  • Write, edit, and review content to ensure a consistent tone of voice, engaging storytelling, and SEO optimization.
  • Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Admissions, Product, and Partnerships) to ensure all content is on-brand, impactful, and aligned with ongoing initiatives.

Design Leadership & Brand Visuals

  • Oversee the visual identity of Tomorrow University, ensuring all designs and creative assets reflect a cohesive, premium, and mission-driven identity.
  • Design visually compelling materials for the website and digital marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, reports, and other promotional assets.
  • Lead and manage creative projects from concept to execution, collaborating with freelancers, designers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with developers to ensure proper implementation of design assets across web pages, landing pages, and marketing materials.

SEO, Conversion, and Engagement Strategy

  • Ensure all copy is SEO-optimized, leveraging keyword research and best practices to improve search rankings and online visibility.
  • Design and optimize landing pages to increase lead generation and drive enrollments.
  • Utilize A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of visual elements, CTAs, and messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.


Job requirements

Your Qualifications:

Content & Communication Skills

  • Exceptional storytelling and writing abilities, with the ability to craft persuasive copy that drives action and engagement.
  • Native-level English proficiency is required. Proficiency in German is a plus.

Creative Design Expertise

  • Proficiency in visual design tools like Figma and the ability to create captivating visuals for multiple formats and platforms.
  • Experience in modern design techniques, such as responsive design or interactive content.

Brand Leadership & Visual Identity

  • Experience in defining, managing, and evolving a brand identity for a global, mission-driven organization.
  • Strong experience working with brand guidelines and ensuring visual consistency across all content touchpoints.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • SEO knowledge and experience with on-page optimization for organic search visibility.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to iterate on design, content, and user experiences.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and works well with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or design.
  • Prior experience in education, edtech, or mission-driven companies is a major plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for design, search optimization, or content creation is a plus.
