Be aware that this position is can be completely Remote but for legal reasons you should be domiciled on one of our legal entities: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, UK, Spain or Cyprus. You can also work from our main office in Berlin.

Role Overview:

The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase Tomorrow University’s customer base, revenue, and brand presence. This role involves developing and executing customer acquisition campaigns to drive growth, employing data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and optimization strategies. We are looking for a highly data-driven, entrepreneurial individual with a hands on approach to all aspects of growth marketing, performance campaigns and conversion rate optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Marketing Strategy:

  • Find innovative ways to drive and scale customer acquisitions through detailed data analysis and strategic development, optimizing the acquisition funnel from awareness to action.
  • Develop ROAS driven growth marketing strategies that drive the direction of landing pages, websites, copy, layouts and funnels that are designed to convert.

Demand Creation & Lead Generation:

  • Own, develop and drive performance across paid acquisition channels (SEA, Social, Affiliate), overseeing ad development, testing, and optimization.
  • Utilize data insights to inform campaign improvements, guide product development, and recommend optimizations for scalable marketing strategies and channels.
  • Collaborate on enhancing performance of non-paid acquisition channels (direct, organic search, organic social, referral) alongside SEO, content, and social media efforts.
  • Design & optimize lead journeys that assure prospect progression down the funnel.
  • Take charge of website conversion, and ongoing testing for conversion rate optimization across funnel stages, acting as a conversion funnel expert to identify growth opportunities and obstacles.
  • Work with sales to optimize the pipeline, leveraging data for demand acquisition, acceleration, and expansion.
  • Assume ownership of Tomorrow University website lead capture- and landing pages for optimized lead conversion.
  • Create, test, and optimize landing pages and other opt-in options to enhance performance (Webflow, Instapage).
  • Develop and implement mid-funnel strategies that nurture leads from initial engagement through to opportunity creation, aligning closely with sales to ensure seamless transition and high conversion rates.

Tracking & Reporting:

  • Assure effective tracking for all new lead generation channels.
  • Measure, report and analyze data (Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, HubSpot, and Paid campaign tools)
  • Prioritize, test, and evaluate lead generation channels through data-driven experiments.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Manage and collaborate with contractors (i.e. PPC Agency, Webflow Developers)
  • Work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Sales, Tech teams to successfully launch campaigns that impact the wider Revenue Team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in performance marketing and proficient with all major ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok ...).
  • Demonstrated track record of operating within multiple areas including paid acquisition, landing pages, email and content.

  • Technical knowledge of implementation and tracking with technologies such as Hubspot, Google Suite (AdWords, Analytics, Google Tag Manager), LinkedIn Ads, Hotjar and Zapier.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools.
  • Ability to build landing pages in CMS systems (webflow)
  • Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions. SQL proficiency is a great asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
