Role Overview

As a Content Creator at Tomorrow University, you will be responsible for creating educational content for our community and building up the accounts & content of our leading community voices. Your role is crucial in taking our community to the next level.



What you’ll do:

  • 📢 Manage our Top LinkedIn Accounts – Especially our Founder accounts.

  • ✍️ Create Educational Content – Create infographics, visuals, and carousels that educate our community on our key topics.

  • 🤝 Partner with the Community – Co-create great content with our community and help them level up their content.

  • 📊 Analyze and Optimize – Track the performance of our channels and content, create reports 📈, and improve continuously.

  • 🚀 Innovate – Evolve our social media communication to boost our online presence and reputation based on the latest trends.


Job requirements

Desired Experience:

  • 💼 2-3 Years in (Educational) Content Creation – Experience in startups is a plus.

  • 📱 Strong Personal Social Media Presence – Especially on LinkedIn in the last 12+ months.

  • 🌍 Fluency in English – Spoken and written, with comfort in a German-speaking environment.

  • 🔍 Data-Driven – Expert in analyzing KPIs and using tools to optimize performance.

  • 🎨 Creative Mind – Proficient with tools like Canva to create stunning visuals.

  • ⚡ Dynamic and Adaptable – Thrives in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
